TERMS & CONDITIONS – Zero Ride Share (United States)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cab Booking Application – Zero Ride Share, including all ride-hailing, transportation, and related services (“Services”).

By creating an account, booking a ride, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • Provide accurate personal, contact, and payment details
  • Not use the App if legally prohibited in their jurisdiction

3. User Account & Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of login information
  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details
  • Not engage in illegal or harmful conduct
  • Comply with the App’s Policies & US Code of Conduct

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

4. Service Description

The App connects riders with independent third-party drivers (“Drivers”). The Company:

  • Is not a transportation provider
  • Does not employ drivers
  • Operates only as a technology platform

5. Payments & Pricing

  • Fares depend on distance, time, surge pricing, tolls, and fees
  • Estimated fares may differ from final charges
  • Payments processed through third-party processors
  • Automatic charges may apply for trips and cancellations

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

Rider Cancellations

  • Cancel after driver acceptance
  • Cancel when driver is near or arrived
  • Unreachable rider or wrong pickup location
  • Repeated rebooking to avoid surge pricing
  • Discriminatory cancellations (illegal)

Driver Cancellations

  • Frequent cancellations after acceptance
  • Avoiding low-fare trips
  • Asking riders to cancel
  • Discriminatory or intentional long-distance cancellation

7. Safety Obligations

Riders Must

  • Treat drivers respectfully
  • Follow seatbelt and safety laws
  • Avoid harassment, violence, or unsafe behavior
  • Provide accurate pickup and destination details
  • Not carry illegal items or weapons

Drivers Must

  • Operate vehicles safely and professionally
  • Follow traffic and TNC laws
  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance
  • Allow service animals (ADA)
  • Not transport unaccompanied minors
